Conversational tools

Ask Cygent in Slack, Discord, or Telegram:

• Read, search, create, and update issues
• Create projects with milestones and timelines
• Add comments to issues
• Create documents (specs, planning docs)
• List teams and members

Automatic features

Configured in Settings → Issues:

• Auto-issue creation — Automatically create Linear issues for new audit findings, configurable by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low). Select a default team for new issues.
• Bidirectional status sync — When a linked Linear issue is marked Done or Canceled, the CARA finding status updates to match (fixed/wontfix). Status changes propagate across all linked providers.
